NSW police seek public assistance after brawl

Police are appealing for public assistance as investigations continue into a brawl in Sydney’s north west this morning.

About 1.45am today (Sunday 14 November 2021), emergency services responded to reports of a brawl involving six people at Bella Vista Railway Station.

A 16-year-old boy was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for a cut to his forehead and grazing to his arms, before being taken to Westmead Hospital.

Officers from The Hills and Riverstone Police Area Commands, with assistance from the Dog Unit and PolAir, attended and commenced inquiries into the incident.

A short time later, officers stopped five men at Old Windsor Road, Parklea.

The men were spoken to and released as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the brawl.

Police are urging anyone with information that may assist, or who may have mobile phone, dashcam or CCTV footage from the area, to come forward.
