An off-duty NSW Police Officer has been issued with a summons in Victoria.
The officer – a constable attached to a command in the Northern Region – allegedly breached a Victorian Family Violence Intervention Order on three occasions between Sunday 22 June 2025 and Sunday 29 June 2025 while off-duty.
The 26-year-old man was served with a summons on Wednesday (20 August 2025) by Victoria Police and will appear before Mildura Magistrates Court on Wednesday 17 September 2025.
