Officer issued with Notice To Appearin Brisbane Region

A 29-year-old male constable from Brisbane Region has been issued a Notice To Appear for one count of possessing dangerous drugs and one count of publishing or possessing instructions for producing dangerous drugs and will appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on April 11, 2022.

The officer has been suspended from official duty with the Queensland Police Service.

In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer faces serious allegations of misconduct.

This does not mean the allegations against the officer have been substantiated.
