Yesterday, police charged a 26-year-old Upper Coomera man and member of the Satudarah OMCG with fraud and tainted property offences following the execution of a search warrant at his address.
The male signed a Declaration of Disaffiliation, seeking to terminate any further association with the club.
He is due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on 8 July 2019.
“Whilst we remain committed to the disruption and prosecution of those committing crime within our community, we remain open and willing to assist those within gangs who wish to leave that environment”, Acting Detective Inspector Ian Galpin said.
