One dead, three injured in crash at Albion Park Rail, NSW

Police are investigating a fatal crash at Albion Park Rail.

About 2.25am (Saturday 18 May 2019), a Ford Territory was travelling south on Princes Highway, when it struck the rear of a petrol tanker which was turning out of Creole street.

Four people were in the vehicle, two males and two females.

One male passenger died at the scene. The other three have been taken to various hospitals. They are all believed to be in serious condition.

No further details on their identities are available at this stage.

Both north and southbound lanes of the Princes Highway are currently closed with diversions in place.

Crash Investigation Unit officers are on scene conducting inquiries.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision that may assist the investigation to come forward.
