Online forms and payments outage – Monday 31 August to

Some online forms and payments will be unavailable from 10 pm on Monday 31 August to 2:30 am on Tuesday 1 September while we make an upgrade.

We apologise for any inconvenience and have tried to minimise disruption to you by conducting this work overnight.

What is affected

During this time, the following online forms will be unavailable:

  • waste collection
  • disabled parking permit renewals
  • residential parking permit
  • pet registration
  • swimming pool or spa registration
  • report a bin problem
  • report an issue
  • asset protection permit
  • asset protection request for final inspection and refund
  • parking infringement notice
