Officers from Caulfield Divisional Response Unit have arrested a man and a woman as part of Operation Temeras.
Operation Temeras was an ongoing investigation into a number of aggravated burglaries, theft of motor cars and drug offences in the Caulfield local police service area.
A search warrant was executed at an address on Centre Road, Bentleigh about midday on Wednesday.
A 30-year-old Bentleigh man and a 29-year-old Bentleigh woman were arrested and the property searched.
Police recovered an allegedly stolen Volkswagen and Toyota Hilux, a large quantity of personal documents and numerous sets of keys believed to belong to stolen vehicles.
Officers also located drugs, cash and controlled weapons.
The pair are currently assisting police with their enquires and the investigation continues.
