Strike Force Vulcan detectives have charged a man in relation to a bushfire in Orange Grove on Tuesday, 26 November 2019.
It is alleged the man started the fire in dense bushland near homes on White Street at around 7pm.
Luckily, several members of the public were able to extinguish the fire with a fire extinguisher before the fire spread.
The 41-year-old man from Kelmscott has been charged with:-
• Wilfully Light Fire Likely to Injure or Damage.
He is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court tomorrow, 29 November 2019.
