The Clean Energy Regulator’s Corporate Plan serves as our primary planning document. It outlines how we are meeting our purpose to accelerate carbon abatement for Australia.
This remains our key driver across a growing range of activities for the 2026-30 period.
During the next 4 years we’ll continue to focus on strengthening our people, data, digital systems and organisational capability. The Corporate Plan also details the opportunities and challenges in our operating environment and our approach to integrity, transparency and risk-based regulation.
We’re committed to the Australian Government’s targeted 43% reduction in greenhouse emissions by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050.
Our performance against the first year of this plan will be reported in the CER Annual Report 2026-27.
