Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by a truck in Broadford this morning.
It is understood the man was walking along the Hume Freeway about 12.45am when the collision occurred.
The truck driver stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.
The pedestrian is yet-to-be identified.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
