Police appeal: Armed Robbery at Bellbird Park, QLD

Police are seeking public assistance to help identify a man who may be able to assist with investigations into an armed robbery at Bellbird Park on Thursday night (December 23).

Initial investigations indicate just after 11:30pm a man attended a petrol station on Redbank Plains Road armed with a rock and a stick.

The man then proceeded to smash the station’s glass sliding door before threatening staff and demanding cash.

After obtaining an amount of cash, the man fled on foot on Redbank Plains Road in a northerly direction.

The man is described as caucasian with blue eyes, a shaved head, and a goatee. He also has a district scar on the left-hand side of his forehead.

Police are appealing for anyone who may recognise the man to come forward.
