Police appeal for information, attempted armed robbery at , QLD

Police have released vision of a man who may be able to assist them with their investigations into an attempted armed robbery at a service station at Logan Central on Monday, April 29.

Initial investigations indicate a man entered a business on Wembley Road around 5.40am and threatened a female staff member with a weapon.

After a short verbal exchange, the man fled the business without any cash or property before he got into a black Holden Commodore VE and left the scene.

The staff member was not injured during the incident.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a solid build and short hair. He was wearing a cream jumper, black pants, and a black bandana covering his face.

The vehicle was last seen travelling on Wembley Road heading towards Woodridge, and its notable features include a faded or spray painted roof, aftermarket wheels, a chrome front grill and no number plates.
