Police appeal to locate boy missing from Central Coast

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy reported missing from the Central Coast.

Kobi Hughes, aged 13, was last seen on Rabaul Avenue, Umina Beach, about 6.20pm yesterday (Friday 6 October 2023).

When he could not be located, officers from the Brisbane Water Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his age.

Kobi is described as Caucasian appearance, 145cm tall, slim build, short blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a red hooded jumper, black tracksuit pants and grey shoes.

He previously resided in the Wagga Wagga area and is known to frequent the Gosford, Woy Woy, Erina, Watanobbi and Umina Beach areas.
