Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s Eastern Beaches.
Francisco (Julian) De Luna, aged 37, was last seen on Manly Beach, about 12pm on Friday (31 July 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Francisco’s welfare as his disappearance is considered out of character.
Francisco is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 190cm tall, medium build, with dark brown hair and a dark moustache.
He is believed to be driving a red Haval SUV with NSW registration plates EOF91Z.
He is known to frequent the Manly, Coogee and surrounding areas.
