Police appeal to locate man missing from Panania

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south-west.

Anthony Tannous, aged 21, was last seen leaving a house in Paul Street, Panania, about 6am yesterday (Tuesday 26 September 2023).

When he could not be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and his family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Anthony is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, with black hair, brown eyes and no facial hair.

He was last seen wearing an orange and navy high-visibility work shirt and navy pants.

Anthony is believed to be travelling in a red Nissan Navara utility with NSW number plates CIH31J and may heading towards the Wollongong area.

Anyone who sees Anthony or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Bankstown police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
