Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south.
George Georgiou, aged 56, was last seen at a hospital in Kogarah, about 6:15pm on Tuesday August 4, 2026.
At 10am today (Monday 28 September 2026) officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified that George had not been in contact with family since early August and his whereabouts are not known.
Police and family hold concerns for George’s welfare.
George’s is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 170cm-175cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair.
He is known to frequent the St George and Sydney CBD areas.
