Police are appealing for public assistance to locate man missing from Sydney’s west.
Anver Vohra, aged 73, was last seen on Galbraith Street, Nirimba Fields, about 8.45am yesterday (Tuesday 25 August 2026).
When he could not be located or contacted, police were notified and officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Anver’s welfare as he requires regular medication.
He is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, about 178cm tall, of medium build, with short grey hair and brown eyes.
Anver was last seen wearing a grey jumper with black tracksuit pants.
Police understand Anver lives with mobility issues and is likely travelling by foot near the Nirimba Fields and nearby areas.
