Police Appeal To Locate Teenager Missing From Ermington

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney’s north west.

Saul El-Rahi, aged 17, was last seen in Ermington about 4am on Wednesday (1 July 2026).

When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Saul is described as Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 170cm, thin build with short dark curly hair.

It is not known what he maybe wearing.

He is known to frequent the Ermington and Ryde areas.

Saul maybe driving a black Holden Cruz sedan bearing NSW registration BP54SX.

Inquiries have established that he may have been in the vicinity of the Great Western Highway, Yetholme, about 23km east of Bathurst about 8pm yesterday (Thursday 2 July 2026).
