Police appeal to locate woman missing from Parramatta 7 March

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney’s north-west.

Leslie Weldon, aged 59, was last seen at Westmead Hospital on Hawkesbury Road about 2pm yesterday (Monday 6 March 2023).

She was reported missing to officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command who commenced inquiries to locate her.

Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to Leslie living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Leslie is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 150cm tall, of small build, with red shoulder length hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a blue and white t-shirt with flowers, blue denim jeans and black thongs.
