Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kingsbury man Ian Keenan.
The 63-year-old was last seen at an address on Green Avenue on 3 April.
Police have concerns for Ian’s welfare due to medical conditions and have released an image in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Ian is described as about 178cm tall with a slim build and balding grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded top, blue jeans and was carrying a walking stick.
Ian is known to frequent the Reservoir and Preston areas.
Anyone who sees Ian or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Reservoir Police Station on 9460 6744.
