Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 37-year-old man Warrick Dean.
Warrick, who is also known as Oscar, was last seen in Port Melbourne on Tuesday 10 September.
Police and friends have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that requires regular treatment.
Police have released an image of Warrick in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Warrick’s whereabouts is asked to South Melbourne Police Station on 9257 3800.
