Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Rye teen Hayli Henare.
The 13-year-old was last seen on Liston Street, Bell Post Hill about 12pm on Sunday, 11 August.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Hayli is described as being about 155cm tall with black shoulder length hair, brown eyes, slim build and olive complexion.
She is known to frequent the North Geelong, Corio and Norlane areas.
Anyone who sees Hayli or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
