Police are currently on the scene of a collision that occurred about 3.25pm today (23 February) in Narre Warren.
It is believed the driver of a vehicle was travelling west on Wellington road and attempted to make a turn into Berwick Road and collided with an oncoming vehicle.
The driver died at the scene and is yet to be formally identified.
The driver of the second vehicle, an 18-year-old Belgrave man and his passenger, a 19-year-old Menzies Creek woman have, both been transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
