Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Keilor East early Tuesday morning, 16 August.
A Ford Territory and Hyundai Accent collided head-on while travelling on Milleara Road about 1.30am.
The male passenger from the Hyundai had to be cut from the wreckage and was taken to hospital where he later died.
The female driver of the Hyundai and male driver of the Ford were also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
