Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision which occurred in Simpson this evening.
Emergency services were called to a two-car collision on Lavers Hill-Cobden Road about 7.45pm on 10 August.
A male passenger was treated by paramedics at the scene but could not be revived.
The male drivers of both vehicles and a male passenger were taken to hospital for treatment.
Detectives from Major Collision Investigation Squad are attending the scene.
