Emergency services attended a fatal collision in Truganina on 18 October.
It’s believed a motorcyclist hit a parked truck and then an oncoming van on Agar Drive just after 6pm.
The yet to be identified male rider has died at the scene.
The exact cause of the crash is being investigated.
