Police are currently at the scene of a fatal collision involving a pedestrian in Skye.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of McCormick’s Road and Ballarto Road about 6pm.
A woman, believed to be aged in her 80s, was struck by a vehicle and has died at the scene.
The exact cause of the collision is yet to be determined at this stage and the male driver of the vehicle is assisting police with their enquiries.
