Police are responding to fatal crash at Albany Creek, QLD

A 60-year-old Aspley man has died following a crash at Albany Creek on August 3.

Initial investigations indicate a motorbike was travelling westbound on Albany Creed Road around 11.15am, when the rider lost control and hit the railing on the medium strip.

A crash has then occurred between the motorcycle and two vehicles, both travelling eastbound on Albany Creek Road.

The 60-year-old male rider was transported in a critical condition to hospital, where he has since died as a result of his injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
