Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash which occurred in High Camp this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Northern Highway about 1.40am after reports a truck had left the road and crashed into a tree.
The yet to be identified male driver of the truck was located deceased at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
