Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Rostron this morning.
Emergency services were called to the vicinity of Wingfield Road and Sandy Creek Road following reports a car had crashed into a tree just before 11.30am.
Sadly, the yet-to-formally be identified driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
