Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Toompup on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
About 6:30pm, a white Toyota Landcruiser was travelling east on Chester Pass Road, when the vehicle left the road and crashed.
The 30-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
