Major Crash Investigation officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred about 12:15pm on Wednesday, 29 July 2020 at the intersection of Hopkinson Road and Orton Road, Byford.
The crash occurred when a white Stirling truck and trailer combination travelling west on Orton Road collided with the driver’s side of a silver Holden Commodore utility.
The driver of the Holden, a man in his 60s, was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital in a serious condition.
The truck driver was uninjured.
Major Crash investigators are requesting anyone with dash camera or CCTV video footage relating to the incident to upload their files to:

Major Crash Investigators are seeking witnesses who may have seen the incident or either vehicle prior to the crash to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
