Major Crash officers are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred on Wednesday 1 April 2020 on Charles Street, North Perth.
About 4.10pm a white marked police Holden Commodore station wagon travelling north on Charles Street collided with a green Mazda 2 hatch at the intersection from Albert Street.
The sole occupant of the Mazda, a woman in her 80’s, was seriously injured and conveyed to hospital for treatment.
The occupants of the police vehicle were not injured.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, has dash camera footage of the crash, or saw either vehicle driving just prior to the crash.
