Police arrested a man following a crash in Norlane overnight.
Emergency services responded after an allegedly stolen silver Nissan Patrol crashed into a pole on Sparks Road about 1am.
The driver, a 36-year-old man, was arrested at the scene.
Officers searched the vehicle and located drugs and a firearm.
The Whittington man was taken to hospital with minor injuries under police guard.
The car was allegedly stolen from Clayton last month.
