Homicide Squad detectives are investigating a fatal stabbing in Seymour early this morning.
It’s alleged a man was stabbed during an altercation between two men known to each other at a Heywood Crescent residential address shortly before 3am.
The victim was taken to hospital however died shortly after.
A man later attended Seymour Police Station and was taken into custody where he will interviewed.
Police have established a crime scene and will investigate to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
