Police Arrest Three Men After Evade In Dandenong

Dandenong Police have arrested three teenagers following an evade in Dandenong this morning.

Police spotted a motorbike travelling at speeds of up to 200km/h on the Monash Freeway about 1.30am.

The Air Wing observed the rider go into a nearby shopping centre and then put the bike into what’s believed to be a stolen white van.

The driver of the van continued travelling before police successfully stop sticked the vehicle along Corrigan Road in Noble Park.

The driver and his two passengers dumped the van and fled the scene on foot.

With the assistance of the K9 unit, the trio were arrested a short time later along Simpson Street without incident.

Police also seized drugs, cash, ammunition, stolen ID’s and other stolen property.

A 28-year-old Springvale man, a 24-year-old Noble Park man and a 27-year-old Narre Warren man are currently assisting police with their enquiries.
