Police arrest three poeple in Operation Cataclysm 2019

Police have arrested three men after an operation in Biggs Street, St Albans.

Brimbank Divisional Response Unit officers executed six warrants at St Albans on Wednesday 30 January in relation to an ongoing investigation into anti-social behaviour.

Police seized a quantity of drugs, weapons, ammunition and stolen goods resulting in three men being charged and remanded in custody.

A 22-year-old man from Hillside was arrested in relation to two outstanding warrants for robbery and other matters. He has been bailed to appear at the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on 13 March.

A 31-year-old man from St Albans was charged with possess drug of dependence and handle stolen goods. He has been bailed to appear at the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on 6 March.

A 62-year-old man from St Albans was charged with possess drug of dependence, possess ammunition and possess prohibited weapon. He will appear at the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court today.
