Melton Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested two men following an armed robbery on Sunday 13 December in Caroline Springs.
Detectives executed two warrants this morning in Deer Park and Taylors Hill about 7.30am, arresting the 18-year-olds at their homes.
The pair continue to assist police with their enquiries.
The victim, a 15-year-old boy sustained a laceration to his head during the incident which occurred in the vicinity of Caroline Springs Blvd about 5.35pm.
The investigation remains ongoing and further arrests are expected.
