Police arrest youth after serious crash, South Australia

A teenage girl has been arrested and another is in hospital with serious injuries following a crash at Paralowie last night.

Just after 10pm on Wednesday 17 November police and SA ambulance officers were called to Whites Road after reports of a crash.

A 13-year-old pedestrian was taken to the Womens and Childrens Hospital where she remains with serious injuries. A Second pedestrian, a 16-year old boy received minor injuries.

The driver a 15-year-old girl from Salisbury North was arrested and charged with causing harm by dangerous driving and driving unlicenced. She has been bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Youth Court on 7 January 2022.

The Mitsubishi Lancer has been towed from the scene.
