Strike Force Trident have arrested a 15-year-old female following multiple property offences.
The youth was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants for offences including arson, attempted arson, aggravated assault, damage to property and stealing on 14 July 2019. She was placed on bail to appear in court the following day. The youth failed to appear in court on 15 July and as a result warrants were issued for her arrest.
Police attended a residence in Coconut Grove in an attempt to locate the female on 23 July. She was arrested at nearby street following a short foot pursuit. The youth has been charged with 17 counts of breach of bail. Police have opposed bail.
