Police charge man after dangerous driving incidents

Devonport Police have charged a man in relation to a dangerous driving incident yesterday, between 1pm and 1.30pm, in the suburbs of Spreyton, Devonport, and East Devonport.

The man, aged 36 from Devonport, has been charged with multiple traffic related offences including aggravated evade, dangerous driving, stealing and tamper with a motor vehicle. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.

The man has been detained in custody to appear before the Devonport Magistrates Court later today.

The vehicle involved, a white Kia Pregio Van, has been located and seized by police.
