A man has been charged following a fatal collision at Deer Park last year.
The 35-year-old Kings Park man has been charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.
The charges follow a fatal crash on the Western Ring Road on Saturday 21 September about 1am.
A 27-year-old Broadmeadows man died after it is alleged, he was changing a car tyre on the side of the road when he was struck by a car.
He has been bailed to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday February 27.
