Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a 26-year-old man following an incident in the Melbourne CBD yesterday.
The man was allegedly driving erratically along Flinders Street around 1.50pm.
The Critical Incident Response Team and local police arrested the man at the intersection of Williams Street.
No one was injured during the incident.
The man has been charged with reckless conduct endangering life and a number of traffic offences.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later this morning.
