Homicide Squad detectives have today charged a man following the death of a woman in Mernda earlier this week.
A 35-year-old Roxburgh Park man was charged this afternoon with murder.
He will face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court via an online hearing this evening.
The charge follows the death of a 23-year-old Mernda woman at her home on Umbria Road on Monday, 16 November.
