Bayside Sexual Offence and Child Abuse Investigation Team have charged a man following an alleged sexual assault last month.
A 20-year-old Frankston man was charged with false imprisonment, assault with intent to commit a sexual offence, unlawful assault and sexual activity directed at another person.
The charges relate to an incident that occurred at Kurrawa Linear Reserve about 9.20am on 30 July.
The man has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 13 November.
