Frankston Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives have charged a man following a series of sexual acts in Seaford.
It is alleged a man exposed himself in two incidents in Keast Park on the Nepean Highway on Tuesday, 28 June.
A 34-year-old Langwarrin man was arrested this morning and has been charged with sexual activity directed at another person, sexual exposure, indecent behaviour in a public place and committing an indictable offence whilst on bail.
He will appear at Frankston Magistrates’ Court later today.
