Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 33-year-old man after a woman was killed in South Morang this week.
Emergency services were called to a residential property on Reid Street where a woman’s body was located about 10am yesterday.
The 35-year-old South Morang woman was declared deceased at the scene.
Investigators charged a South Morang man this afternoon with one count of murder.
He will appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
