A man has been charged with three counts of sexual assault following an investigation into a series of sexual assaults on trams this year.
Following an appeal for information and subsequent media coverage about the alleged incidents the 33-year-old man handed himself into a police station Wednesday evening.
The Brunswick man has been bailed by police to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 28 November 2019.
