Police charge man over Rosebud tomahawk attack

A man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder over an incident in Rosebud on Saturday 29 August.

Police allege a man was armed with a tomahawk outside a shopping centre on Boneo Road just after 10am and attacked two males.

A 47-year-old man and a 63-year-old man, both from Rosebud, remain in hospital in a stable condition.

A 48-year-old man of no fixed address will appear before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday 31 August.
