Police Charge Man Over Stabbing – Wyoming

A man will face court today following an alleged stabbing on the Central Coast.

Emergency services were called to Renwick Street, Wyoming, about 3.20pm (Saturday 18 July 2026), and found a 39-year-old man suffering a stab wound to his torso.

He was treated at the scene before being taken by NSW Ambulance paramedics to hospital in a stable condition.

A crime scene was established by officers attached Brisbane Water Police District and an investigation commenced.

Following extensive inquiries, a 35-year-old man was arrested at a sports field in Kincumber about midday yesterday (Sunday 19 July 2026).

He was taken to Gosford Police Station and charged with contravene ADVO, affray, reckless wounding and breach of bail.

He was refused bail to appear before Bail Division Court 6 today, Monday 20 July 2026.
